Parent Education

We offer several evidence-based parent education programs to parents of children, from birth to 16, referred by partnering agencies. Most programs are delivered to parents in their home.

Incredible Years is also offered in a group class format.

Parenting Programs include:

  • The Incredible Years (IY) IY is a parent training program that focuses on strengthening parenting skills.  It is made up of five (5) levels that build on one another.

  • SafeCare (SC) – SC is a parent training program for parents involved with child protective and child welfare services. It is delivered in the home and focuses on child and home safety.

  • Positive Parenting Program (PPP) – PPP supports parents of children between the ages of 2-16 who are experiencing moderate to significant challenges with their child’s behavior.  For parents who want to improve their relationship with their child and who want to figure out different ways for safely managing challenging parenting situations.

  • Promoting First Relationships (PFR) – PFR supports parents in experiencing joy and having confidence in their relationships with their infants and toddlers.
