Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP)

Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is an award-winning, evidence‐informed home visitation case‐management model for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders. This program is administered in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties with fidelity to the University of Washington. Families enrolled in this program will receive case management services for three years. PCAP goals are to help build healthy families and prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs.

While certain criteria must be met in being accepted into the PCAP program, referrals may be received from state agencies, law enforcement, nonprofits, churches, individuals and self-referrals.
